Terms of Service

Welcome to SAMiVision TV ("we," "us," "our"), a creator-led streaming network operated by Samantha Samaka. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SAMiVision TV website and mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

• One account works on both the website and the app.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

• Plans: Weekly ($6.99/week) and Monthly ($19.99/month). Prices are in USD and may change; current prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your Account page. You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
• Refunds: All sales are final — no refunds, including if you do not cancel before a renewal date.

4. Coins

• Coins unlock individual premium episodes (1 episode = 25 coins).
• Coins never expire.
• Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They may only be used within the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or publicly distribute your account credentials.
• Copy, download (except where the Service offers it), redistribute, or publicly perform any content.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools against the Service.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, locks, or access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of anyone else's rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All series, episodes, artwork, text, and other content on SAMiVision TV are owned by SAMiVision TV / Samantha Samaka and protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to stream content for private viewing — nothing more.

7. Content Availability

Shows and episodes may be added, moved between free and premium, or removed over time. Free content availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers. You authorize us (via our payment provider) to charge the payment method you provide for the plan or coin pack you select, including automatic renewal charges until you cancel.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free streaming. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAMiVision TV and Samantha Samaka are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
