Meet the creator
Samantha Samaka
Known as OKAAYSAMi, Samantha is a New York City–based multi-genre musician, actress, multimedia specialist, influencer and founder/CEO. Born in Nigeria and raised in Toronto, she built SAMiVision TV as her own AI-powered production house. She studies Video Arts & Technology at the City University of New York, received a $40,000 scholarship from two hip-hop icons to attend the Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment at LIU, and graduated from a major artist’s HXOUSE program for her graphic design work.
Across every series, she takes on the standard production roles herself: creator, screenwriter, director, producer and editor. AI technology is part of the production process; the point of view remains unmistakably hers.
